I gave a talk this morning at the Charter Academy in Portsmouth about my career using languages as part of their year 10 languages week. Three of the girls presented me with this poster they'd made about the presentation I gave!

An interesting thing to do as a visitor rather than a teacher. Reminded me of life as a teacher... Hopefully inspired a few of their linguists to continue their studies beyond GCSE... Maybe even to become a translator or interpreter... Possibly even a teacher...
